Essie’s Most Liked shade of 2014 was Butler Please and was sold out for over 4 months. I finally got my hands on it and I understand the love! Butler Please is described as an indulgent bright blue and gives off a deep cobalt blue when topped with a glossy top coat.

Product | Butler Please is Essie’s most liked shade on Instagram and for good reason. It is a beautiful blue shade.
Pigmentation | The pigmentation of Essie’s Butler Please is amazingly opage. The creamy polish is rich and applies smoothly in just one coat.
Application | The smaller built-in brush applies the nail polish less efficiently than I would like but that’s a standard across all Essie polish so it doesn’t effect this shade directly. Butler Please apply evenly and smoothly without bleeding or settling. I applied Butler Please in only one coat with perfect coverage.
Texture/Finish | Essie’s Butler Please is a creamy satin formula that dries to a glossy finish.
Longevity | The thing I like the most about this particular polish is that I wore it for over 14 days without chipping, lifting or dulling. I normally don’t wear one particular shade that long because I’m always changing my designs but I got so many compliments on the shade and it looked so great on my skin tone, I kept it.

Overall | I love the richness of this cream bright blue. Many of the blues I have in my collection are nice but this shade seems to be electrified on the names. The shade of Butler Please is very eye-catching and unique. It applies in only one coat so you get more out of your bottle. I would definitely recommend this shade, if you can find it.
